Is the computer turning into a car or is the car just getting a few extra computers on board? Cars today have been about 70 CPUs built in. That’s more than the rocket from NASA who brought a man to the moon . Dozens of camera’s and sensors are built in automatically moving vehicles. Drivers already use smart phones and cars are and will be connected to ‘a cloud’ for eCall and tracking & tracing. Vehicles will communicate among themselves and with the infrastructure for smart mobility. The first cars have already been hacked through the network and data security and privacy is a hot topic.
